Happy Death Day 2U

Jessica Rothe continues to shine, and this franchise continues to be too similar to what it's paying homage to.

Homeland: Season 7

This time around, I thought they did a particularly good job explaining the difficulty of proper medication for bipolar disorder.

Hail Satan?

This is not ridiculous. In fact, it's not ridiculous to say that the film likely produces converts!

How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

Very, very beautiful and too, too frenetic.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2386490/

Hotel Artemis

I'd disagree with the critics. Even Foster's acting didn't save this.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5834262/

House of Cards: Season 6

Implausible and poorly plotted, unfortunately. I'd say its intentions were good, but I disagree with many of those as well.

The House with a Clock in Its Walls

OK, a card game is not as visually interesting as a Magic 8 Ball, but still!

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation

The director did not understand the principle of conservation of angular momentum.

Homeland: Season 6

That final look - from Patinkin to Abraham - showcases everything we admire about Patinkin.

Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story

When you already know the story, the tale is ultimately depressing, not uplifting.

Happy Death Day

Far, far, far too similar to the film it's paying homage to.

The Hunter

"Discover Tasmania" really, really hates this movie.

House of Cards: Season 5

If you don't look at this series as Shakespearean, you are bound to be deeply disappointed.

A Hologram for the King

Joke's on me. I kept thinking "man, this movie is meta" and then I saw who wrote the original book.

Homeland: Season 5

Strangely relevant, with all that Russian intrigue.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1796960/

Halt and Catch Fire: Season 1

I think I'm too close to the subject matter to appreciate their approach.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2543312/

Hail, Caesar!

Why is everyone doing homages to 1950s Hollywood lately?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0475290/

Hacksaw Ridge

What makes it Oscar-worthy is not the true-ness of the story, it's the visceral filming of the battles.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2119532/

Hell or High Water

Containing "regular" themes of poverty and family, but rising above the rest with the scripting.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2582782/

Hidden Figures

I'm betting I'm going to prefer Shetterly's talk to the movie.
